Services

AB TECH Associates provides machinery indenting, import facilitation, installation support, spare parts supply, and after-sales service for textile and narrow-fabric manufacturing equipment. All quotations are subject to availability, manufacturer confirmation, and applicable import regulations.

Quotations & Orders

Quotations are valid for the period stated in the offer (typically 30 days unless otherwise noted).
Prices are in the currency specified and may exclude shipping, customs duties, VAT, and installation unless explicitly included.
Orders are confirmed upon written acceptance and receipt of advance payment as per agreed terms (LC, TT, or other mutually agreed method).

Import & Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on manufacturer lead times, shipping schedules, and Bangladesh customs clearance. We assist with documentation but are not liable for delays caused by customs, force majeure, or manufacturer production schedules.

Warranty

Machinery warranty is provided by the manufacturer as per their standard terms. AB TECH Associates facilitates warranty claims but does not extend manufacturer warranty beyond stated terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Bangladesh law, AB TECH Associates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.

Intellectual Property

Website content, logos, and branding are owned by AB TECH Associates or respective brand partners. Product images and specifications belong to their respective manufacturers.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dhaka.
